CRGF Series Hot-Filling Rotary Rinsing/Filling/Capping Machine
Description: CRGF series integrate the rinsing,filling and capping functions into one mono-block platform.Bottle-neck gripping and magnetic torque screw capping are used to realize easy change-over and safety capping.Filling only happens when the temperature of products meet the preset figure,otherwise,the products will be circulated back for pasteurization.The micro-vacuum technology is used to prevent the product from dripping when filling is stopped.Gas return pipe is used to control the liquid level.Touch screen is used for easy operation,alarm indication and maintenance.Transducer is utilized to adjust production speed contiuously.Parts that have direct contact with products are made of #316 stainless steel.
