DGCF Series Counter-pressure Rotary Rinsing/Filling/Capping Machine
Description: DGCF series integrate the rinsing,counter-pressure filling and capping functions into one mono-block platform.Bottle-neck gripping and magnetic torque screw capping are used to realize easy change-over,and safety capping.Bottles are pressurized before filling.A gas return pipe is used to control the liquid level.Touch screen is used for easy operation,alarm indication and maintenance. Transducer is utilized to adjust production speed continuously.Parts that have direct contact with products are made of #304 stainless steel.
