Working Process:
The feeding and filling are made by use of self-suck-in device. During the process caps are fed with the help of electro-magnetic vibration tray and are screwed by motor. Thus caps are screwed tightly. Stepless speed regulation and photoelectric device are used for control through the filling progress. The machine can be used for the filling and sealing process for liquid material or 502# glue. The machine is best for glue manufacturer and can also used in fields of pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, advertisement, tc.
