The design of the machine diminishes the error in filling quantity resulting from high viscosity of adhesive, micro leakage and trail- out. The machine is also installed with inert gas fill device to prevent silica gel from solidifying during filling and storing process. Pneumatic cap sealing device is available to ensure reliable sealing.
