In modern society, resin material has been used widely in foodstuff, chemical, space flight and other fields. Because its hydroscopicity is strong, its water ratio is high, there will be bubble, craze, yellowing and other defects while it is processed in high temperature. Before it is dried, its water ratio is normally 0.2% to 0.5%. It can carry on crystal at one place using the machine. The moisture content reduces to 0.01%, even below 50 PPM to make it have excellent stability and give full play to all advantages of resin.
The equipment absorbs and digests foreign advanced technique and technology, combining with its actual need to be designed and produced. It adopts Japan RKC temperature control meters, siemens contactor, PLC microcomputer controlling to reach high-precision temperature control(±1℃).
